That's a good question about Casino Royale. I'd have thought that it would have been up by now.

I'm really interested to see Casino Royales picture quality, it's a 50GB disc using AVC it should be quite spectacular. I think it could be the best selling Hi-def movie thus far.

Hmmm.... that Amazon listing shows a photo of the Blu-Ray version, but clearly states "DVD" as the format. If I were to purchase this, I would verify the correct format with Amazon first.

I believe all of Amazon's format listing for Blu-Ray titles say "DVD." Not to worry, Amazon probably never updated their format entries from whenever they had their inventory category logging software installed.

FWIW the format now states Blu-ray.

My wife just asked me if this was going to be coming to Blu-ray.

I have to admit I loved this movie! It was the biggest surprise for me last year. And don't feel embarrassed if you watch it without a kid in tow. :)

My only "complaint" with this release is that I wish Warner would have given us a PCM track like they did with The Departed.

The lack of PCM is actually making me hesitant to buy it. Music-centric movies like this just demand PCM tracks for crying out loud.

The HD DVD has the 10% discount. I'm getting it for the TrueHD track.
