I will be setting one of these units up in my living room. Distance from projector to screen will be about 18 feet. screen size will have to be in the 100" or so area. My concern is the ceiling fan I have in the middle of the room. The fan in question will be 6' from the screen and 10-12 feet from the projector. It hangs about 14" from the ceiling, I need to know which of these units will clear the fan without having to put the image on the floor. Can anyone shed some light on this for me. Thanks

I don't think either will give you a 100" screen size from 18' anyway. The image would be too big. You'll need to verify this with the projector's calculators.
