Does anyone know if HDMI will pass through burned SACDs/DVD Audio disks? I'm assuming that the ripped copies do not have copyrights?

HDMI can pass through SACD & DVD Audio no problem. If you're trying to simply listen to the audio on something like an AV receiver (that support SACD or DVD-Audio decoding or course), it should playback no problem because all your devices will perform the authentication to allow any content to play. If you're trying to send the HDMI datastream into a non-HDCP device (such as a recording or data capture device), this will depend on whether the content requires the content to be encrypted or not.
