Want to know what is a good remote control that can also control X10 ?
Do you have situations like these ?
Have remotes that will control your A/V but not X10 ? :eek:
Also have remotes that will control X10 but not something else ? :eek:
Would like to have only one remote that can control it all ? :cool:
Can't afford remotes that costs $200 & up ?
Hopefully you'll find some suggestions to help you in deciding "Which Remote" would be best for you on this thread.
OK! to get things started;
I have a OneForAll Kameleon URC-9960 (about $50) and my wife has a Sony RM-VL60 (about $30). We use them with a IR543 to send the X10 signals.
DANG ! I found myself writing a book about these remotes. So, I have deleted it.
I'm too new on the forum to post links at this time so, for reviews go to the remotecentral web site and do a search for URC 9960 and one for RM-VL600.
Remote central has some excellent indept reviews.
My wife prefers the hard buttons of the Sony while I prefer the touch screen of the Kameleon.
