Hello all, I just registered, I had my HD radio for over 2 months now, I love it. I DX stations as far as 68-84 miles away. I notice that the HD signal goes just about as far as the analog signal does. When my HD signal goes out, usually the analog is very weak. You know what I noticed though, I use the Radioshacks 12 element outdoor antenna which is about 20' or so up in the air, I noticed Radioshack does not sale those any more. Any reason why they quit? I dont see it no more on the web site.

I noticed that too. They must've decided that a combination fm/tv antenna was good enough. Winegard still makes great FM antennas though.

I now use a Channel Master FM turnstile omni antenna in the attic, and it works quite well! I'm still pulling in stations close to 100 miles from my location, although the really fringe stations remain enhancement dependent.
