Everything; PS3, Toshiba’s HD-A1, Motorola DCT-3400 STB, and computer all worked fine on this switcher for a couple of weeks, now nothing works. I read around a bit and found that many people have had numerous problems with all kinds of switchers. So I have a few of questions.
1. Can I do anything to fix this thing? I already tested devices without it and they work, and I powered off everything disconnected it all then reconnected powered on and still nothing.
2. Isn’t HDMI just a bunch of 1’s and 0’s?
3. Why are there so many problems?
4. How come there aren’t any problems with USB cables or other types of computing cables? Aren’t they basically the same thing?

p.s. I am about to sell everything and go back to analog and CRT TV. True plug and play.
