I've purchased Infinity Beta 50s, 20s and a C360. I'm thinking I should also upgrade my current sub, Velo CHT8 to something with more power.
Should I stick with Infinity and get an SW12 or would I be better off going with something like a HSU VTF2mk2 or SVS SB12+ or PB10 NSD?
It would be visually nice to stick with matching system but I'm not really sure of Infinity's rep with subs. 30% music, 70% tv, movies. Room is 15x30 but we only use 2/3 of it for HT. I live in Nowhere-ville, Canada so I haven't had the chance to audition any of those options. Thanks,

I think you'd find any of the Hsu's or SVS's would be a big step up from the Infinity from a sound point of view. Whether the cosmetics make enough difference to offset that is something only you can decide.

All of the subs you listed would be stretching at high volumes in your rather large space. However, they would be fine if you only listen at relatively modest levels or can place the sub near where you sit.

Consider the Hsu STF-3 or VTF-3 Mark III or the SVS PB12-NSD if your budget and space permit (competitively priced to the SB12-Plus, but much larger). They may be better suited to your room.

Read the information on SVS's and Hsu's websites to get more background, then follow DrPainMD's advice and contact the companies to get their advice about the best fit for your situation. Tell them your budget, room size (including ceiling height) and listening habits (Music/Movies; loud/moderate; etc.) and you will find them very helpful.

...for the info.. I've purchased a HSU VTF 3.2. FYI, for any Canucks out there electronicsforless has just posted clearance prices on all their HSUs as of today.
