I got my subwoofer just past christmas and it arrived with one corner if the grill broken off and a hole in the speaker mesh. I notified them right away and they said they would contact Mirage and get back to me. I then waited three weeks with no responce so I called them back. They said they were trying to contact Mirage and would let me know. They never called back. I called them the next week and finally this week and they gave me the same responce, "We are trying to reach Mirage and will contact you when we know more". I am getting sick of this song and dance considering they don't contact me to let me know what is happening!! Anyone with a similar situation? Thank-you!!

The S-12 I ordered for a friend's system arrived with a broken grill. I called Vann's and the gal I talked to suggested for expediency that I contact Mirage/API myself.
I did so and all they asked was for me to fax a copy of the invoice to them. About a week or 10 days later, I had a new grill.
