Mum was just given this second-hand Mini System and was told the heads needed cleaning and that it was otherwise OK. I played some CD's on it no problem before I sent it to her, but when she tried to use it for the first time she said the CD tray became stuck in the out position. Is this connected with the head-cleaning issue? She can't afford a service-person so is there any DIY we could try here?
