Hey guys, I have a full Paradigm system, Studio 60's, Studio 20's, CC-570 and was wondering about a Sub, I was looking at a matching sub, I've heard amazing things about the Servo 15 and heard how good it is (my dad owns a Servo 15 V1. I was wondering though, how the Seismic 12 would fit in my 3800 Cu Ft room, it's much more tuned to my budget and since I live in Canada, the price of the Servo is about $3500 and the Seismic is $2000, nearly half the price, so is the Servo really worth being 1500 more then the Seismic? Would the Seismic be enough for my room?
Thx

currently the servo-15 is what i am shooting for or a velo dd-15
if music is your main concern the distortion on these are some
of the lowest in the industry and very loud to 20hz.

However, the problem is the price, I'm only 18 and I work really hard for my things and it will take me considerably longer to save up for the Servo, so I was wondering if the Seismic was a good sub. Also to note, I am 80% HT and 20% Music

Yes the Seismic 12 is a very good subwoofer, for HT it ranks with far larger subs. For muisc it does very well. Plenty of output too,I have both the Seismic 10 and 12,very happy with these subs.

Where in Canada are you? I'm in Edmonton and the servo 15 goes for just over $2200 here.

I'm from Winnipeg, I know what you mean, I was shocked at the price too, considering the V.1 Servo went for around $1500. I believe I could buy it from somewhere else and ship it for a lot cheaper, or else work to get the deal.
