I have a Mediagate MG-25 with firmware 1.4.7 and use Cucusoft's DVD to iPod software to convert DVD's to MPEG4. I have tried different frame rates and sizes, but can't get any MPEG4's files to play on this unit without playback issues. Other video formats work fine. MPEG4 videos playback fine on my XP pc. Maybe I need different coverter software?? Any ideas?????
