Speculation on the PS3 forum is that it will be available online and shouldn't cost more than $10.

Yes, I heard it was going to be released through the PS Network. I also heard that the game was designed to fully utilize the Sixaxis Controller. I'm definitely going to buy it as soon as it's available.
