I'm currently piecing together a surround sound system for my room.

I currently have purchased.

2 Polk R15s
2 Polk R300 floorstanding
1 Polk csi25 Center channel speaker

Onkyo TX-SR504 Receiver.

I was looking at the Polk PSW10 sub. This is only for my bedroom, so I don't need it to bump that much, but wanted something that would work well with the other pieces. I didn't want to get anything more than a 10 inch, and was looking to spend hopefully under $150 ( I have found the PSW10 for a little less than that).

Just wondered if someone could reccomend one or if they feel this one would work for me.

Thanks,

~J

The polk sub you are looking at should suit your application well. You could also look at the Velodyne VX-10 as it will perform well in your specific application also. I think you can get it for around the same cost, $150, from an authorized retailer. Should sound fine when you have it together.

Can the PSW10 be plugged in with Coaxial connection?
