Hello ,

I have been using my PS3 since 3 weeks and I have coonected it from HDMI port to the DVI port of my Philips 42PF9966/12 Plasma TV, and I was able to play games and watch blu-ray movies with 1080i resolution, 2 days ago I tried to connect my PS3 to my Viewsonic 22" LCD monitor again through HDMI - DVI cable but it didn't work so I put PS3 back to Plasma and when I connceted it again through HDMI - DVI I had no picture, all I see was a black blinking screen and green snow chnaging rapidly .

I tried the auto-setup by turning of ps3 and turning on again and holding my finger on turn-on button for 5 seconds, I have updated my firmware to v.1.51 nothing changed. When I connect the AV cable I have the picture and I can also get sound from digital out by optical cable, so I tried also to change my display setting from XMB menu while connected by AV cable but when I turned back to DVI extension on my plasma I see the same black screen and green snow .
