Ok so this is going to be my HT room. Its pretty small. 15x12x6.5
It looks like this room was completely sound proof for the interior.
But not for exterior. I want to redo all the walls that don't have wood and put the same type of wood on it. Id also like to remove the cork board, the extra entryway and the pellet stove and remove the part of chimney that comes into the room. I also plan on replacing the exterior door with one that has a more wooden look to it. Anyway onto the picture....

To the right is the TV wall with the Entryway i want to remove and the cork board i want to remove, you can also see the interior entry way to another room, i want to get rid of the door frame and add some nice wooden frame or something

This is a picture of the exterior door, it is directly opposite of the interior door.
I want to replace this door with a more wooden looking door. I also want to redo the window on the right. I need new windows anyway and then this way i can get one with a natural wooden looking trim. And then add the wood to the wall

This is just left of the interior door. I want to do the same thing to this window as i said with the other window, i also want to remove the pellet stove, and flatten the back wall.

Here is the backwall, i want to add the wood look, and well you know the rest

And yes if you are counting there are 3 small windows, and 3 doors. Ill get rid of one door and leave the other 2. This is in my basement so not much light gets in anyway

What do you think?

What are you considering as far as equipment?
What is your vision of the space? Due to the low height of the ceiling, I get the sense of a log cabin. You could do a lot along those lines.

With that theme in mind, you should at least consider a name for the theater........my vote would be for the "little woody theater" :D

You're really going to want to incorporate well planned treatments in that room. If you haven't already visit www.realtraps.com

For the walls I'd cover them with burlap and paint them; or do a burlap colored GOM over 703 on the bottom (to seated ear height) and rough hewn planks above.
I'd use small navajo blankets/rugs on the side walls, a couple of nice lantern style sconces, bear traps, and the like. Go with comfortable leather seating with wool seat cushions; don't forget the pillows. Dark thick plank pine floors and an area rug.

A rear project TV wouldn't be a bad option, plasma only if you don't plan on gaming. Consider in-wall speakers for the surrounds.

I have no idea what this means

You've got some reading to do. Guilford of Maine (GOM) makes fabric perfect for audio situations and Owens Corning (OC) 703 is a sound absorbing fiberglass.

On the site I linked, there's a lot of information, as well as, a few downloadable videos which will explain how you can acoustically tame your room.
