I live in the Seattle area and I'm looking for a recommendation for a contractor that can do the following kind of work:

- build a stage for my screen and hide my speakers behind acoustic fabric
- build a riser for my couch
- build a wall to wall off a section of the room. the wall has to have doors in it.
- run electrical and relocate feeds for the screen to behind that wall with rack.
- vent that area out so it doesn't overheat

I could do all of this myself, but who has time? I'd rather use that time to watch movies! :)

Any recommendations would be great. Again, in the Seattle area of Washington.
