I'm getting this message and I'm not sure why:

I've been through my post over and over and can't figure out what it's refering to. I some site names but I left off the dot whatever so it shouldn't be seen as a URL.
Just having the word "com" in there was causing the problem. Discovered while posting this one and got the same error.
