I seek some advise from forum members regarding the projector I am about to purchase BenQ W9000. I've always had Infocus 7205 but since I sold my Infocus and the price of W9000 is so reasonable for 1080p with 250W bulb is just hard to ignore.
I have no idea about BenQ service and quality of their products.
Please help me on this.
Thank in advance.

I also went form the 7205 to the w9000, I would suggest getting an extended warranty since this one only has a one year and not the BenQ 3 year warranty.

But, so far so good on the projector, I'm loving it.

I've had great warranty service from BenQ. My PE7700 was purchased in May 05 in July the lamp blew with 45 hrs. They sent new lamp and in Feb. 06 new firmware & new lamp design came out.

I sent PJ in got new firmware & new lamp (old 1 had 650 hrs.) no problems. They seem to stand behind their products.
