My 360 disc tray is so screwed up when i open it then close it goes back open so i each time i want to put a new game in, I have to keep closing it for about 15 minute until it stays shut. Is anyone else having this kind of problem with there 360. Then yesterday i put gears of war in and it said to play this disc put it in and xbox 360 console im like wat the hell it is in one. so i went back to the the dashboard where it usually says play game. it said play dvd and GOW was in there.But then i clicked play dvd and i the game started playing. What should i do?And my 360 freezes sometimes. And its well ventilated. Should i demand a refund or something

When did you purchase it, is it still under warranty?

What soft drink did you spill on it?

Did you modify your firmware on the dvd drive? Did you purchase this 360 used?
