If I get Halo 2 and play it on my Xbox 360 (set to 1080p), will it be displayed in Widescreen?

Also, I heard that a recent patch made Halo 2 look much better on the Xbox 360 (upconvert to 720p, added Anti Aliasing, etc). Is this true?

Not sure about the update, but Halo 2 will play in Widescreen.

Yes, Halo 2 is widescreen now on the 360. They upgraded the graphics slightly. It really pops on maps like Lockout. If you played it multiplayer for awhile and you put it in the 360, Lockout really looks good. Graphical improvement is not like next gen or 10 times better, it just looks nicer.
