Did DVDEmpire get this week's releases late? They usually ship preorders on the friday before the release day but now all their 2/13 releases are "on order".

What is going on?!

Preorders always go out on Friday. As far as my preorders go, they shipped The Usual Suspects on Friday which I got yesterday, but did not receive Broken Arrow or The Departed. I did order those last two pretty late though, 2/6, so I might've missed out on the initial allotment.

They haven't shipped my Usual Suspects :(

I ordered my Usual Suspects a long time ago, but Broken Arrow and The Departed just last week. Either they got a certain number and shipped out to people in the order they were received (at least in The Usual Suspects case) or just did not get some titles in yet (maybe Broken Arrow & The Departed). Did anyone get shipping confirmations for either of the last two from DVDEmpire?

FWIW, all of my 2/13 discs went out from Amazon, so they're definitely released. I had Usual Suspects, Departed, Entrapment and POTA 2001 on the order.

I actually saw Usual Suspects and Tailor of Panama out at Fry's last Friday.

I ordered POTA, US, Departed and Entrapment virtually all when they were first announced. I got US on Monday. POTA and The Departed shipped today and still no word on Entrapment yet. I usually get my releases on Fri or Monday before the Tuesday release so this is a rare occurance.

I pre-ordered "The Departed" and "The Marine, but now it's on Backorder, so this really sucks. :(

Yeah, they must have got a few more Departed in yesterday to fill preorders, as my order shows they're holding a copy for me now, but they're out of stock again if you try to buy it now. Still waiting on Broken Arrow.
