After my disasterous let down with the 30" sanyo, i've decided it's best to cut my losses and move on.
So here's what's on the table: The toshibas suck, worse than the sanyo from what i saw in best buy, so in my price range i've cut it down to these two options.
Problem is, i haven't seen the sanyo lcd.
BUT, i do know that what drove me to kill my 30" Sanyo was tinkering to fix geometry and resolution issues plugging in my macbook. Sanyo says this is a 720p lcd, displaying at 1366x768 pixels. does that mean if i send a 1366x768 dvi signal from my macbook, i will truly get that?
Next up, the Samsung. Very sleek, very stylish. Best picture sans-Sony hands down. BUT, am i going to shoot myself again in the foot tinkering with geometry and MacBook pixel-mapping issues?
