Hi. I mailed my rebate in on January 14. I keep looking every day in my mail box for my $50 rebate on my HDR. Has anyone received theirs yet?

I mailed mine the Monday after Thanksgiving and received it last week.

I sent mine off on in early December, and got the rebate in late January.

Someone posted a few weeks ago about problems with the company that was processing the rebate checks for the new rebate, including a non functioning phone number.

I guess the problems were resolved. I received my rebate check today, took about 4 weeks.

Dad any of you guys NOT check the box confirming you texted "Upgrade" or "Win" to 34343? I just want to make sure that wasn't a requirement to actually get your money.

I mailed the rebate offer Sep. 2 after giving the Sony XDR-F1HD a workout over the long hot Labor Day weekend. Just received it today Sep. 29, one day short of four weeks. The check is literally a 3"×5" postcard; $50 in plain view! It could have easily been tossed as junk mail. Incidentally I used the non-"text 34343 upgrade" application form. The rebate came through nonetheless. I won't be able to make it to the bank to cash it until Friday. Hope the bank is still solvent.

Where did you find that? All I see is a form generator that requires you to check that box or it gives you an error.

Actually, the rebate period ended yesterday (September 29th). :(

I sent mine in at the beginning of the month and received mine yesterday. :)

Just a few days ago I received my $50 check.

I mailed in the rebate forms on 9/19 & received the check today.
1st time I've received a rebate check in a postcard format. No envelop & nothing to tear off.

Postcards are about one-third cheaper, which probably saves the HD Consortium a few thousand dollars. (Also what do they care if your postcard/check gets lost?)

So there's an HD radio rebate? I bought a cheapo Dual in-dash receiver in May of 2008 with an HD tuner. It's $50? I only paid $99 for the thing to begin with.

I just noticed this yesterday for my rebate. I sent it in a few days before the deadline:

(The check is in the mail!)

The rebate check arrived today, so it took a few weeks after I mailed it in. Gee, I wonder if they will have another one for the Christmas season?

My status is very similar to yours, so I hope to get it any day now.
