I have two general questions that I have been unsuccessfull in finding the answers:

1. Where is the "Forum Support" or "Help" found?

2. What do the designations such as Senior Member, Advanced Member, AVS Special Member, etc mean?

Hi! You've found the right place for forum help.

The member designation is based on post count, and will automatically increment to the next level after a certain amount of posts in each category (off the top of my head I don't remember how many for each level), but after you've passed "New Member" status the field should be customizable through your User Control Panel.
