Lionsgate has a much smaller number of popular titles than the major studios, and they've been fairly aggressive in releasing their bigger titles. There may be room for this on their slate. If I'm not mistaken, the Monsters-HD version is cropped to 1.78, while the film was shot 2.35. Right, but Dekker insists that the DVD will be 2.35:1, and it would be assumed that the BD would be in that ratio as well. Another favorite of mine :) Iīve seen the HD version from TV and it looks GREAT!!! But sadly that version lacked the "cemetery ending" that I think is the better one.
