Seems like some of the more popular models of media server or content streamers (Mediagate, TViX, etc.) can handle various mpeg file types for video. The problem is that most of the major networks stream their shows in Flash. Is there any way to have one of these media servers capture the flash for playback?

Also where do most folks download their show content from and what type of file is it when using these media servers? I am mostly interested in the major broadcasts downloading and playing back and using one of the media servers as a PVR.

Thanks,
Preston
