Just wondering if anyone knew anything about this company. I found them through the Divco site, and placed an order with them this past weekend for a Tvix 4000. I also emailed them asking if their units had the 10mbps network problem fixed, and have yet to hear back from them. I just called their 800 number, and it seemed to be an individual's number, not a company, so I am a little concerned.

Dave -- I ordered a 3100u from them 2 weeks ago and received my product in about a week using ground delivery. I believe they are a small reseller of the product and the guy who runs it said if you call them directly he can get better pricing than if you order off the website.

I ordered last saturday, and besides the confirmation email I haven't recieved any shipping info or anything saying the item isn't in stock. There isn't anyway to track your order online either though. So far, not up to par with newegg. Perhaps newegg would make a good reseller.
