Hi all - I just started having a problem with my RCA DWD490RE receiver, and I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this issue... Twice yesterday while just watching live TV or a recorded show, the image on the TV went to a almost completely black screen (there was still somewhat of a faint ghost image that was off-center, and I still had audio), and the only way to get it back was to turn the unit off for a few minutes, then power it back on. Any ideas?

did you do a power reset (unplug UTV)?

that or a reset code may fix most problems.

Last night I unplugged it for an hour or so and so far it seems to be working - thanks for the reply!
