I want to record WHYY Philly with Windows Media Center to stream to my Xbox 360.
I am on my 2nd HDTV tuner card now, the ADS Tech Instant HDTV PCI.

For months I have been getting WHYY in Philadelphia on my LG3510a stand alone reciever, but no on my old HDTV card. TSR showed a lot of dropped data. But the new card looks good.

WHYY tuned in in MCE once while I was configuring, and it won't come back. I know the guide data is wrong since the station switched to UHF 50 recently, but adding the new channel doesn't work, though the signal strength checker in MCE gives great signal.

Here are my screens from BTV and TSR, any ideas?

My ultimate goal is to have my computer as a PVR and then watch recorded video on my Xbox 360. So if you know of a compatible recorder format that would allow the same thing, I would try it.

Has anyone contacted WHYY about their PSIP issues?
I have a very strong signal from them, and I can tune their channel using various software.
But Vista Media Center does not tune the channel.
The site below describes the problem, it is a PSIP discrpency.

Anyone know who I can talk to at WHYY 12, Philadelphia, to trouble shoot this problem?
I would be willing to help fixing via testing the changes using my system.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME? I NEED MY NOVA AND MR. ROGERS NEIGHBORHOOD!
