Hello,

I've been checking the Panasonic DMR-EH55S recorder manual, but haven't found this yet. I'd like to copy the titles in different date order than they were recorded on the hard drive. How do I do this?

I know how to record more than one show from the titles/playlists. But how do I set the hard drive to copy to DVD say a show from 2/16 followed by an older show recorded on say, 2/14? In other words, the 16th show would be first on the menu and the 2/14 program second.

I know it's probably a simple answer. It's just I'm still learning how to use the new Panny recorder.

Thanks in advance for the info,

Marshall

P.S. It seems like there is a volume level difference when switching between the same channel from the DVD recorder's tuner to the TV's tuner (an older RCA set from 1994). The TV's tuner is louder. Any reason for that?

Once you add all of the shows to your dubbing list, you can then edit the dubbing list and move shows up or down in whatever order you want them to appear on the dubbed disk.

You do this rearranging on the same screen just before you tell it to proceed with the actual dubbing function.

Maybe. It would help if you could describe how you are connected to each device and any other equipment (i.e. cable box, DTV receiver, TIVO, Home Theater receiver, etc).

Learned something new. I didn't realize I could edit the dubbing list. I've just added the Playlists or titles to the dubbing list in the sequence I wanted them to copy.

So did I! After buster said it was possible to edit the dubbing list, when I was setting up a dub just now, I thought about how I might possibly do it, then said, "hmmm, maybe if I hit the MENU button...", and sure enough, there it was, with a MOVE option. D'oh!
