WOW! That was the most beautiful HD sight I've ever seen on my TV. I've never seen any HD animation so this was a great first for me. And the movie actually doesn't look too bad. My hopes are rising.

I loved this trailer. Makes the movie look a lot better than previous promos did. Looks like just about everybody will be in it.

The content of that trailer didn't do much for me, but the video quality .... :eek: That needs to be saved for anytime someone says "animation doesn't benefit from HD." Absolutely eye-popping.

i dont know how the current show works but i do know that the simpsons movie is computer based animation. Which is why it has a superior look. i believe this cuts down on animation time.

i would hope that something is done to cut down on production time for the simpsons tv show. 2 year old pop culture references are just not that funny.

Just saw the trailer and the PQ is stunning.

My subwoofer almost blew out my windows a couple of times during the trailer. That's something you don't hear during the Simpsons!

It settled the question of whether animation gets anything out of HD broadcasting.
It looked great!

This was awesome. I guess I'm going to have to start thinking about some sort of blue ray player around the end of this year.
