Sorry if this is a redundant post but I could not find anything in a search. I recently installed one of these and it worked fine until I lost power. When the power came back on about ten minutes later the 3416 had lost all my recorded shows and everything I had scheduled. I'm thinking there is an issue with the box. Has anyone had this experience before?
