I have a 6412 and 6416 with Time Warner in the L.A. area. I noticed yesterday that my 6416 had recorded some shows that I don't watch. I erased them. When I went to check the recorded shows by hitting the "MY DVR" button the list was blank. Also, at the top it said "view a list of channels offering HDTV programs". Above that there's a "C" in a box with some weird characters to the right of it. If I move around on the screen "By Time" and "HDTV Networks" buttons appear. It almost looks like the button was remapped, but got screwed up. I pulled the plug twice and that didn't fix it. Guess what? The 6412 is also doing the same. If I use the "Quick Access Menu" I can access all my recorded programs without any problems. Also, today I noticed that there were about 10 episodes of "America's Next Top Model" set to record. I definitely didn't set that timer. Did Time Warner put out a bad firmware upgrade or something? Please help.

Nevermind. I see it's also happening to the Comcast boxes. At least I'm not alone.

This is the same thing happening on my 6412 from Insight as well.

the my dvr button does not work, but if u press menu and navigate to ure recordings it will show them....

i also get a wierd text at the top of the screen when i do press my dvr...
i tried a full power cycle with 2 minutes unplugged to see if it would change but nothin... i have a 6412 I

I have a Moto 3416 from TWC in Los Angeles--I can't figure out how to record an entire series?

same thing happened to me.
Then menu changes appeared along with a screen saver built in
Guess it is a result while they are updating software.
