View Full Version : 6412 Remote problem

I have searched a bit through the forum and haven't found anything about the problem I having. What is happening is when I press the "My DVR" button it brings up a blank menu. If I press the right arrow it will then bring up a similar menu as when you access the DVR via the menu button from which I can access the My Recordings menu. All of my recordings are still there, but I just cannot access them via the My DVR button any longer. I have tried reassigning this button functionality as instructed on the wiki site for the 6412, but this gave me the same results. Anyone else experienced this and/or have a solution?

This is a nationwide problem that began two nights ago. It should be fixed directly. It's not your remote, it has to do with the IGuide software. In fact, my 6412 is working correctly this morning.

Yeah I realized this a while after posting. Thanks for the response though. Mine was still out when I left for work today.
