stupid tech called me yesterday saying me so sowy the truck still broken. WTF kinda bull shyt is this? They have my tube that LG sent them. WTF are they waiting for. I swear to you they have got to be lieing or just freakin stupid and unprofessional. Is there a way for me to contact LG and tell them what is going on? I swear to you its as if they dont want to install the tube. And the reason why is cause the guy kept insisting on me returning the product so he would not have to replace the tube! Im tired of this shyt. Is there anything I can do?

Ya'll know the story. I have been told so many stories, I can write a book with them. Is always one excuse after another. Will contacting LG help me with anything? Can I go and have another tech get the tube from those jerks and install it themselves. An Authorized LG tech that is? I have to do something. The people there told me, "we will call you when we feel like coming out there and the truck is fixed". What kinda crap is this? I cant wait until they "feel" like coming out. I have a damaged tube I payed a lot of money and sweat and blood for. I need this taken care of 2 weeks ago when this should have been taken care of. 2 full weeks going on the third of "not being able to come out" excuses. There has to be a way for these people to take responsibility for what they are doing.

Call LG and let them know what's going on.
Maybe they can refer you to another repair facility or light a fire under the current one.
