I've searched and noticed others with different Vizio's are having sync issues, but wondering if anyone with same model is having any issues?

I'm getting my issues from QAM stations and when I flip over to OTA which is being run through Component in from an old Voom Satelitte box I don't have the audio/video sync issues. Some days it is fine and others it is not. One station may be bad while the others are not. So, I'm wondering if it is on the cable end or if it is the tuner in the TV acting up.

Okay, anyone with a Vizio (whatever model you have) experiencing audio sync issue through QAM and not OTA? Trying to determine if I need to get my 2nd replacement or not.

I doubt this is a Vizio issue per se. All plasmas experience this, due to extra time for video processing. Also, some sources have more delay than others, which is why it is variable.

Thanks for the link. Any reason why it wouldn't happen on all HD channels and not all the time? Also, what is different from OTA to cable as the cable signal seemed to have the issue while OTA didn't.

Some of the delay is caused by the broadcast network.
