How does one go about finding a good calibrator that will calibrate my video and sound? I have no clue as to where to start on this process.

Generally wherever you bought your TV from also has a list of people that calibrate televisions. If you bought it at best buy for instance you can ask them who they recommend and they generally have a list of people. Just look in the yellow pages for Dallas for a home entertainment place or a home theater store and I'm sure they either do calibration or can point you to someone who will. Make sure you check references though as most of them don't use the same equipment.
