I live in SF (in the city) and have the last HD TIVO (250?) that D* offered prior to rolling out their own. I also have an OTA. I believe mpeg4 has already rolled out in the Bay Area. Yet I am still receiving all the local HD's and all the other HD's offered in the D* package I have.
Why? Shouldn't I no longer be able to get these channels in HD? Or is the clock literally ticking to when the party is over? Is it b/c of my OTA? What do I have to look forward to in order to continue to r/c channels (incl. locals) in HD. I'm quite happy with the quality. Can someone help me understand what I'll need to do next? Thanks
