Camera Connects And Switching

In theater I am building I want to connect camera's, video and still digital,to computer, projector and monitors through a floor box (2X4 FLOATING FLOOR OVER SLAB)What are the best cables to use- firewire,coax or hdmi and floor box and switch box I can use.
