First post and I apologize if this is in the wrong section (point me in the right direction and I'll move there)

I'm going to get a 70" XBR2, but I'm unsure what stands are available, aside from the official Sony stand. Can someone point me to some websites (or the correct board and/or thread) to get more information?

More than likely, I want to put the receiver, dvd, Sat/Cable, DVR et al, in there.
I'm pretty sure a Center won't fit on top of the set, so a slot for the center is probably essential too.

A quick searched turned up this (http://www.tvstands.com/asp/show_detail.asp?sku=BD1044&refid=XT101%2DBD1044) big stand. You didn't mention price, but I assume with that expensive of a TV, the stand shouldn't be cheap.

thanks. I was thinking I had to search on the sony and got tons of returns where "stand" was only a part of another word. I found some info in teh 60/70" XBR2 owner thread, which was unexpected.

I assumed they'd only talk about how it looked and how they adjusted the settings...stuff that owners who already have the set talk about. I'd swear I saw a different thread last month that was for people thinking about getting the set, but I haven't found it yet....I'm sure I'll stumble across it eventually.

Anway, thanks for the advice, will google that search and bookmark it.

Thanks Stew. I've gotten a few different sites off the XBR Owners thread (on post 610 and that's only the 2nd week of october :/), but I don't believe any of these sites/brands came up (so far).
