I dont know where this goes but i think its here. I have an old Emerson tv and when i watch movies and stuff when there is lots of strong white on the screen i get a very annoying buzzing noise. IS there any way to fix it?

Probably not. When showing a white field, the power supply generally is required to provide greater power to the electron guns and thereby is being stressed, causing the buzzing sound. You can always take the unit into a dealer to have the unit checked for cleanliness....sometimes this can cause additional buzzing too.
