Go to Home Depot or Lowes just like the Ratman says. 14 gauge 100 ft spool cost around $35. jvgillow 02-24-07, 08:45 PM Lowes in my area has some Philips brand 14 ga 100 ft for $25. Check for the prepackaged stuff first because usually the "pay per foot" wire is more expensive. chinaboy1021 02-24-07, 08:47 PM www.monoprice.com Megalith 02-24-07, 09:17 PM Monoprice. Oh wait, they've been out of stock since the stone age. Hogan 02-24-07, 09:30 PM Lowes in my area has some Philips brand 14 ga 100 ft for $25. Yeah, I got this one and its great - cheaper than HD too and pretty close to Monoprice (if they ever have any in stock) Tulpa 02-24-07, 10:41 PM Yeah, I usually drop by Home Depot and pick up a package of GE brand. They have several gauges and usually it's no more than $25 for 100 feet of anything. Replacement 02-25-07, 12:25 AM I just picked up 4 extension cords for speaker wire form Home Depot Friday night. Is is 16 awg and 100' for $4.xx each. I figuired that it would be good for my less demanding surround sound speakers. |
