I was just wondering, Ive heard a lot about the ps3 and 1080i issues. I have my ps3 set at 1080i, but it also does 720p. When i watch a blue ray movie, what resolution will it play at. and is there a way to see when you are watching the movie what resolution its playing at

And they play at 1080 if you can't do 1080p.

If your TV is a Samsung like mine, it has an "info" button that when pressed tells you what resolution the screen is being displayed in. If you set your output to 720p on the PS3 and try to watch a BD movie, it will downrez the picture to 480p which will look fuzzier than normal. Set your PS3 to 1080i and all Blu-Ray movies play at 1080i with no problems..
