please, I want to get dvd recorder...dont want to use with pc..want to record moves/shows from tv while watching something else on tv; but do want to record show later. also time delay? and dual layer? do I need an external HD? not educated in this are; list of features I should have; no bells or whistles..simple set up and useablity....sorry so longwinded.. thank you..oh want to be able to record bought/rented dvds too
