Hey,

I recently bought the Logitech Z-5300's on eBay, and they work great with my computer for surround sound. However, I'm having trouble figuring out how I can hook up my 360 into them. Since the Z-5300's are analog speakers, there are no digital inputs on them for true surround sound from the Xbox. I don't want to have to buy an entire receiver just so that I can plug my 360 into my speakers. I was wondering if there is something in between, less expensive than a receiver that will simply let me plug my digital output from the 360 into my analog speakers.

Thanks for your help!

Pretty sure you can hook them up to and azurentech soundcard using an optical connection in connection then the sound card will pimp off the sound to your speakers. The computer must be on however.

Right now I'm using a Creative Audigy 2 ZS soundcard which unfortunately lacks digital inputs, but I'm willing to purchase a new card if it matches the performance of my current card. Do you know anything about the Auzentech brand, and its overall sound quality? Or, if there's another good card which has digital inputs... Thanks.
