how do i prevent my projector from getting damaged by the vibrations the sub is creating? i have my projector mounted upsidedown using a shelf on the rear wall.

should i put springs or some sort of padding where the big bolt threads are?

I've never heard of sub vibrations causing any harm, I wouldn't worry about it. I have wondered this myself after I left a projector in my trunk on a 2 hour trip with my 10" sub cranked loud. I realized what I did and thought I had for sure damaged something at least one of the tiny mirrors used on the dlp. Sure enough nothing was damaged despite the extensive abuse.

I have 2 in-floor butt kickers, an in-ceiling sub and an in-room sub. Vibrations galore. No problems (except my wife complaining that the downstairs ceiling feels like its going to come off).
