I am trying to hook up my surround sound to my tv (a projector when next month) and dvd player. I have dish network and keep getting sound from the 2nd tv but the picture on tv #1 or visa versa. What am I missing

You're more likely to get some action on this in the SAT forum. It's sounds like a hookup and/or setting issue.

Can you clean the OP up a bit, Im not sure I follow at all. Are you connecting two tv's through one Dish receiver or are you getting the sound from a different channel than you are viewing? Also, what are you hooking your surround sound speakers to, a receiver or what? Hard to tell from the op, sorry.
