I just bought a Paradigm seismic 12 from ebay and hooked it up. I noticed that it "bumps" (makes a low frequency noise) when I turn it on and then it stops. It only lasts for a fraction of a second. Is this normal? The subwoofer seems to perform normally.

Any comments would be appreciated.

My Seismics do what I can describe as an audible power on,more like a deep POP when waking up. Nothing to scare anyone.
