I use my CRT HDTV that ive had for probably about 2 monthes now for about 7 hours a day. Sometimes more. My question is for it being on that long daily will the colors and picture quality wear out very quicky? Should I stop using it so much? it is mostly in 1080i. Thanks

You can eventually experience phosphor wear over time, such that the screen is not as bright after some number of years. This is much less of a problem on CRTs as compared to plasmas, since the phosphor coating is thicker on CRTs. I wouldn't worry too much about it, though; any wear will be quite gradual and will accumulate over years, to the point that you probably won't even be able to notice unless you were able to compare the same set in a brand-new state to one that's been in use for 10 years.
