I heard this was shot with HD cams (not that I really care). I'd prefer for it to be on Blu-ray but have not heard any such announcements. Any word on this movie? And flags of our fathers while we're at it? Just wondering if I should just pick up Borat on DVD now or wait for a next-gen format.

according to the consolidated BD release thread, Borat on BD may be out in the fall, but not sooner.

Somethings are best not seen in HD.

At this pint it is silly to buy regular SD DVD. At worst I rent them.

We need Borat in HD ASAP.
